Thanks for the update. Note that there had been long-continued appeals by residents of Symphony House against the issuance of the zoning permits ; those appeals were finally withdrawn late last year.
The main barrier had been both an on-going appeal against the original issuance of permits that *should* be over at this point, but the main issue at the moment is financing/construction costs. Which, sadly, is probably the case with most major proposals still in the works. Can't speak for certain, but all signs and anecdotal evidence point that way.

An important corollary for sure, I'm very glad that those appeals are indeed in the past.
Haven’t been tracking this—was the original barrier permitting, and only now construction costs are in the way?
