These young guns at Eclipse don't skimp on the design. Wish we could get a few more stories at this location. Nice to see the potential for small format retail.
I’ve heard this from several people, but apparently it had become a place for dogs to do their business and wasn’t very pleasant. The Rose Garden is also a block from here. Agreed that some more park space in the area would be nice though.

The zoning here is CMX-2, so even with bonuses this is as big as they could go without a trip to the Zoning Board of Adjustments
This is the last green space on lower Frankford Ave. It's a nice design, but that spot 100% should have just stayed a park.
