Good article, spot on perspective. TBH this is just a gloss over upgrade to the space that already exists but I’m all for it.
Its actual utility though is basically creating a more enjoyably experience for summer Phils games. Which I’ll enjoy… but boy does it not connect to the rest of the city at all…

Wow - it will be interesting to see what actually happens.
The good: Lots of trees, shrubs, and lawn, multiple small and varied spaces.
The bad: In a sea of surface parking, the Xfinity Live! expansion includes more surface parking.
