So glad to hear that the organ (a national treasure and piece of music history) is going to be a part of the building going forward. I hope to see this amazing instrument some day!

I wonder when it will open to the public and if after-hours concerts will return.

Those interior light-well units could be challenging to lease

Agreed, but my impression is they will likely go for smaller studio type units there, with the price point and location hopefully enough to alleviate any concerns about light/air.

All I keep hearing is that it’s too dangerous to go downtown. The pops symphony is no longer and things are not well attended because it is not safe. I wonder who these people will be who will inhabit these luxury apartments ? And 600 more cars to deal with. Hmm
