Vine St. Construction Updates in Old City

It is no surprise that the city is changing, and Vine St. in Old City has seen as much of it as any street in Philly. 244 units are coming across several projects both underway and proposed, completely changing the look and feel of the upper end of Old City. And this is just a smattering of what’s happening close by, with the development of Northern Liberties just steps away. What do you think of all of the changes?
