The former substation built in 1930 has been given a new life, thanks to Zoubek Properties, Margot Properties, and Level Nine Architects. This adaptive-reuse brings some wonderful, unique units to Pennsport, along with some artists’ studio with soaring ceilings. Gotta love it when such a solid building is saved.
