Visiting Carriage Car Lofts in West Philadelphia

We visited the Carriage Car Lofts at 4100 Haverford Ave. in West Philadelphia on this lovely spring day. 26 units, seven artist lofts, and tons of character are part of this adaptive reuse of a former trolley car spot. MM Partners led the development here, tapping Marshall Sabatini Architecture on this design, which blends modern finishes and lines with the old structure. The MMP team also made sure to keep as much of the existing art as possible, much like they did in their Poth Brewery project yours truly checked out a couple years back.
