2nd & Quarry Finally Sees Clarity on Old City Corner

After years of vacancy and half-finished demo, we may finally have some clarity at the mess that is 2nd & Quarry. This old building had plans for a single-family home, but a zoning permit issued just today shows that four units over commercial space are now in the works. Who remembers seeing this covered in 2x4s? And what sort of commercial space would you want to see here?
