We check on 650 Fairmount Ave., which is seeing over 400 units and 20,000 sqft of commercial space rise around the Helping Hands Rescue Mission building, which is happily sticking around. This property traded last year but seems to be moving forward as planned right around the corner from a new Amazon Fresh and another project we recently visited.
