The parking lot at the NE corner of N. Broad & Spring Garden has seen several proposals come and go over the years. Recent news indicates that a much greener future is ahead for this spot that has seen a burst of development in all directions recently. This is all part of North Broad Renaissance’s five-year plan to revamp the area of North Broad St. from City Hall to Germantown Avenue.
