Delaware River Waterfront Construction Updates

After our recent visit to check out Five on Canal, we decided to check out some of the other action close by. Thousands of new units and dozens of new retail spaces are coming to this stretch, creating a new neighborhood from scratch. With the warm weather this weekend, we expect the Delaware River Trail to be packed - but that will be nothing compared to the action here in several years. What do you think of all the changes here?
